When you buy items in the webshop, Medical Gear Trading is the seller.

Terms of use for trading on Opharm

Trading in Medical Gear Trading´s webshop takes place in accordance with the terms and conditions below. Purchase of items in the webshop is conditional on you accepting these terms and conditions, which then constitute an agreement between you and Medical Gear Trading.

Entering into a purchase agreement

Opharm is open 24 hours a day and you can therefore almost always shop. However, we may close our online store due to maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To shop on Opharm, you must be 18 years of age and in possession of a valid payment card, which we accept. If you are not yet 18 years old, you can still buy goods if you have obtained your guardian's consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the purchase.

When buying on Opharm, any extra payments for freight, for example, will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.


All prices on Opharm are stated in EU and will include IVA, but excluding shipping.

The prices of Opharms products are subject to change at any time, but these changes can and will not affect orders for which Opharm has already sent a confirmation.

Payment Visa & Mastercard

We do not charge card fees.

The debit card you use must be yours. All credit / debit card holders are subject to validation, verification and approval by the card issuer.

By submitting an order to Opharm via Opharm, you guarantee that the information regarding payment of your order is valid and correct. Once your order has been accepted and processed by Opharm, the payment will be made and you have hereby given your permission for Opharm to carry out the payment check that Opharm may deem appropriate. Payment will be deducted from your account when your item is shipped from the Opharm webshop.

Communication between the payment system and the cardholder takes place via an encrypted SSL connection (Secure Socket Layer). The encryption ensures that no one can eavesdrop or copy card information. The transmission is approved by PBS / NETS. When you are in a secure zone, a small "Secure Server" icon will appear in your browser window. In Internet Explorer and Firefox, this little icon is a closed padlock.

Delivery time

We always pack your order as soon as possible and usually ship as follows:

If you order your item before 12.00 on a weekday, we will send your package the same day.

If you order your item after 12.00 on a weekday, we will send your package the day after.

In connection with promotions, the warehouse can be so busy that there will be a longer delivery time. (2-3 working days)

You will always be able to follow your package via the track & trace link you receive in connection with the confirmation of your order.

Should your order be delivered abroad, the delivery time depends on the chosen country.

We strive to have your goods within 1-2 working days of ordering.

Please bring your order confirmation in printed form or on your mobile phone when you pick up your item in the store.

All items you order on opharm.dk are sent as parcel post with Correos and are fully insured during shipment. You will receive a track & trace link in an email in connection with the confirmation of your order. Via this link you can follow your item from shipment until it arrives at the place of delivery. A shipment can usually be tracked 12 hours after the tracking number is received. You can also contact Opharm Customer Service at info @ opharm.es if you have questions regarding delivery.

Terms and conditions for purchases on opharm


When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods. This means that you have a right to make a complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can refund your shipping costs.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem. 

Right of withdrawal and Return

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

In the case of an agreement on regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@opharm.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You can not cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.

The cost of return is expected to amount to a maximum of approx. 8-15 EUR. If you regret the purchase, the item must be sent to:

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

You can also cancel the purchase by notifying us and handing it in person at the above address by prior arrangement.

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements cannot be undone:

Delivery of sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a depreciation of the item.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Taxes and duties as well as customs duties

If you order goods from an EU country to another EU country, you do not normally have to pay taxes and duties as well as duties, as other EU countries are exempt from this according to the rules on the free movement of goods within the EU. Opharm assumes no responsibility for taxes, duties and duties.

Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact info @ opharm. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the relevant boards in the area, provided that the conditions for this are met.

Personal data policy

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, tel. No. and email address.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you.

The personal information is registered with Medical Gear Trading SL and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data responsible for opharm is Medical Gear Trading SL.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
